Dear district manager:This manager needs fired. Kali that what I told her name is does not know what she is doing her store is dirty. Also has been rude to customers. Let's her staff take long covered breaks. You have a deli that serves chicken when. Shelley has told me if I don't like it take it someplace else. Miranda green has been very rude to people serving them stands around and does knothing just like her cousin Kali that's the manager. Shelley her aunt needs to stop being rude and stop taking tons of smoke breaks. Have another smoke break and let everyone smoke inside why not very pleasant for people to smell as they come in. Possibly the worst in Portage! Two registers and two employees, but only one register is open! Have to stand in line for over 5 minutes every time i go in!! 2% milk is sold out twice a week, they always run out of Kodiak! When it gets cold the gas pumps are as slow as molasses running uphill. I'm done giving away my money to a circus act!! Poorly managed...POSTED 03-18-2019..
You know, just wanted to pass on some good things about this store.
Yes it's small, but that's ok per it's location. I go there daily and all the employees are friendly and know most of their regulars by name.
