On 1/26/2019 I purchased $30.01 worth of gasoline, BP Ultimate. However, what actually dispensed from this service pump was E-85 gasoline. Total cost to have my car towed, flushed and repaired: $543. When I went to the service station the next Saturday 2/2/19, the manager Ray Awad talked to me, but seemed disinterested or concerned. When I called the service station the next day Sunday 2/3/19, an employee told me that the owner was Ray Awad. Is this the same Ray Awad that would not identify himself as the owner when I spoke to him in person and shook his hand with a promise that he (Ray Awad) " … would call me back about this matter" taking my name and phone number.
