LOVE'S TRAVEL STOP #216

I normally buy gas at the Love's in Midlothian, Texas 1501 W. Highway 287, 76065. I have been having problems with their card readers; I have informed the clerks but nothing has happened. Today I went to fill up and tried 3 different cards at 4 different pumps. I went inside and told the clerk the problem; she asked me how much gas I needed and I told her I wanted to fill up. She told me I had to have an amount and if there was a difference it would be put back on my card. I gave her the first card I had tried use outside and it went through with no problem. I asked her for a receipt as I track all my mileage. She gave me a receipt for $24.16 (not sure about the pennies). When I got back to the pump I realized that I had only gotten 10.01 gallons for $16.51. I went back in and told her about the mistake and she deleted the sale and pulled up the correct receipt. I have not seen the difference back on my credit card as yet. I have gone to other stations when this has happened in the past and the card goes through fine. I like filling up at Love's as it is convenient but will go elsewhere if this continues to happen; I just don't think they are maintaining their equipment. I am very disappointed in the fact that their readers are not functioning properly; they had tags on four of their pumps today that I could see that indicated the readers weren't working.
