I am very sorry to have to do this but my experience at Chesters Chicken yesterday 5/16/21 was not a good one. 1st off my friend ordered before me, she wanted a chicken sandwich for her grandson, they were out. So she ordered a subway kids meal sandwich. She wanted the BBQ chicken strips for herself they were out. So she settled for chicken. When she paid she was waiting for the subway and the Subway lady was rude and told her she needed to go to the end of the line. My friend stated that she had already paid she was waiting for the order and the girl rudely said I know you still need to go to the end of the line. What could have happened was the girl that checked her out in the first place could have told her that she needed to go to the end of the other line to get the sandwich instead of saying nothing and the subway girl being rude. A man ordered before me I didn't pay attention to what he was ordering, I was trying to decide what I wanted. When it was my turn I asked for chicken livers and guess what? They didn't have any. Her comment to me was "just like I told the guy before you, we are out". So I asked for chicken tenders and she told me that they had been there a while and I would probably want to get something else. So I asked her what I could order since everything was out and or not fit to serve. Luckily I don't live anywhere near there because I would have to say I would not ever return. Customer service was horrible and the fact that they were out of everything was just unacceptable, one of those girls should have been cooking some food to replace what was sold out instead of standing around being rude to people. When you start running low on something start a new batch, seems pretty simple to me. Just saying. Good luck to you if those are the kind of people you like to have working for you. As a business owner myself, I would be appalled at that behavior.POSTED 5-17-2021
