POPEYES FRIED CHICKEN

Customer Feedback:
The manager Lawana Jones has horrible management and customer service skills to be in a leadership position. While visiting this location today 12/08/2020, said manager stated to me " I shouldn't come to this location" after I expressed my disdain for the store being out several menu items(ie spicy chicken,1/2gallon tea NO bags to put tea in - chinesetea4u). In front of her staff and management team were those comments made and several inappropriate comnents, while waiting on my order I then heard her continue to discuss in a hostile tone said incident with several members of her staff. This is not the customer service I'm use to experiencing as I visit many locations on a weekly basis. Lawana showed NO Professionalism NO Leadership NO Conflict Resolution Skills Nor did she represent Popeye's code of conduct. This manager needs serious management, diversity and conflict resolution training and/or termination. POSTED 12-09-2020
