Customer Feedback:
Went to the Calgary 50th ave location at 1030pm June 25,2018. I needed a wash for a bobcat and trailer, was informed they were booked up for the night. I asked if I could get a oil change, sure we can do that. Perfect!
I said I got my own filters with me, he said "you don't wanna do that cause then I'll charge you labour, by the liter and a couple other things and the price will be double than our package"! He recommended using their filters and staying with the package.
Meanwhile, the another employee fires up a customer's truck for a wash, immediately drives away and does a small loop around the parking lot for no reason, while the customers back axle was locked up dragging the tires all over squeling and burning up! I said "sorry, dont think this is the place I wanna be" and left.
I used this location once 7 years ago and said I'd never come back, they were 140 more than Royal Lube across the road and had maybe half the knowledge. Been going there ever since.
Even if I had free labour I would not use this location!
Why would you tell a customer you'd find ways to charge them double if they supplied the filters? Just unreal!
