WEIGH STATION

Parking: There is a rest area west of the Winterhaven weigh station just west of exit 156- the rest area is a left exit.
Just west of this weigh station around the 8-801 call box you will sometimes see dune buggies riding around the sand dunes to the south side of I 8.
Alternate Route Information
In Arizona, take I 10 (rather than I8) into California. In Blythe take route 78 south toward Brawley. Before you get to Brawley take route 115 south toward El Centro and I 10
