I can't express the total greatness your tow driver showed towards myself, my husband and my family. I live in South Carolina and we were traveling home from Spring Break visitation in West Virginia. My husband, mother, three children (14, 7, & 4mo) when my transfer case on my Dodge Durango gave up. Chris was our driver to the rescue and one of his first concerns was to get us ALL off the interstate. Chris called his lovely wife who also came to our rescue! In addition!! As we had to wait for my sister to drive ALL THE WAY from Columbia SC to pick up my mother and the children, Chris and his wife also waited so we didnt have to leave them by themselves. When it was all said and done we had at least a 2 hour drive and double time for Chris to get back home. Chris and my husband kicked it off and talked like girls the whole way Ha! Ha! Chris really made us feel safe and like family. We could've got a creepy wierdo instead, that would've been a really long ride home... Thanks Chris to you and yours I can't thank y'all enough! We hope to see y'all again sometime maybe around a bond fire, a cooler of ice, and a charcoal grill! Posted 04-15-2018

I had purchased a truck and was putting it through its paces by taking wife to Baptist Hospital at Wake. Once we were through there we were traveling to Hickory, through Statesville, when I experienced a tire blowout. Contacted the dealership where I bought the truck and they hooked me up with your business. On his way to us, Dalton called and said he would be there in 15 minutes, he was there in 10. He got us out of harms way of I-40 and although the plan was to take us to a NTB for repair/replacement, Dalton stated that if I had a full size spare, he would change it for us. He did so in approximately 15 minutes and we were ready to continue on our travels. Dalton refused to take money for the tire change, I had to force it on him. There are still people in the world who live the word of be kind to each other. Excellent job, excellent service, excellent employee.
