Tow truck driver Matt (I sure think this is his name) was fantastic! What a great guy. My kids and I were stranded in the middle of the unknown on June 29, hours away from our hotel, and no-one would come tow us. It was a huge tow- all the way to St Louis (2 hours away), but Matt agreed to come help us. He was calm, confident, and such a gentleman. By the time he arrived, it was very late and I was beyond frightened- terrified actually- at the idea of being abandoned at a dark, empty lot all night with my two children. Even though it meant he would have to drive back home at 2 am, Matt still came to fetch us and tow my car. He even brought his female friend in the cab so I would not be afraid putting my kids in the truck with a strange man- VERY thoughtful! His calm confidence reassured me that we would be ok, and when we finally arrived at our hotel (1;30ish am!), Matt even made sure we got safely inside and knew where he'd parked my car. I still cannot believe this guy is only 18! He has the demeanor of a much more mature man. Please make sure Matt's boss gets this review and knows what a gem he has. Thanks, Sandra Duca
