The team at Premier LLC is fantastic. We hit a deer on I-22 between Tupelo MS and Hamilton AL. This was on our way to Disney World, driving from Oklahoma to Florida. The Premier LLC team was able to tow us to their shop Saturday night and began diagnosing the work and ordering replacement parts, while we continued on the trip with a rental car from Tupelo. USAA dragged their feet on the claim, but the Premier team was still able to get the job done. By the time we were making our way back thru town and picked up our minivan on the way home the following Saturday night. I can't give enough praise to the team, specifically Junior, Dwight (the owner - Lamb Motors), and Mike. on 5/19,my rv developed a bearing seal while going into a campsite. I talked to Premier in Hamilton that night. Micheal was out at 7:00 am the next morning confirmed the issue and escorted me to the shop. Meantime they ordered the new seal and put it that day having me back on the road. The team was very helpful.
