Parking: Exit 4 has a Sinclair truck stop east of the Wendover weigh station. Exit 410 in Nevada has a Pilot and casino parking west of the scales.

TRUCKS OVER 10,000 lbs ARE REQUIRED TO CROSS THE UTAH PORT OF ENTRY when it is open.
Take exit 410 in Nevada for route 89 alt, West Wendover/Ely. This is the exit to go to the Wendover, NV, casinos. Turn right off the exit and go .1 miles to the light – the casino truck parking is on the right and the Peppermill Casino is on the left. Turn left at the light. You’ll be on this road for 2.1 miles- going past the turn off for route 89alt south and crossing into Utah. You’ll come up to the ramp for I 80 east. DO NOT TAKE THE RAMP! Just before the point of no return is a right turn marked “Frontage Road.” Turn right. This is a two-lane, bumpy road that runs close to the back side of the Port of Entry. You’ll go a total of 2.7 miles on this road- you’ll see a sign “Jct I 80″ after 2.7 miles. Turn left. Go .1 miles to the ramp for I 80 east bound. This puts you at exit 4 in Utah. - EB

Take exit 4 in Utah. Turn left off the ramp and cross over the freeway- you’ll come to a dead end. Turn right. You’ll go 2.7 miles on the frontage road- you’ll cross close to the back side of the east bound port of entry. After 2.7 miles, you’ll come to another dead end at a stop sign. DO NOT TURN RIGHT- this is a ramp for east bound I 80 only. Turn left here. You’ll go a total of 2.1 miles into the town of Wendover to the light at route 89 alt north. This is PAST the left turn for route 89 alt south and just past the Peppermill Casino. Turn right at the light- the casino truck parking is on the north west corner of the intersection- so if you miss the turn, you can turn into the truck parking (or just continue straight- this road will eventually junction with I 80 further west). After you turn right following route 89alt north, you’ll be .2 miles from the left turn onto I 80 west. - WB
